IMPORTANT: The 64 bits unique device identifier are pre-programmed by the manufacturerand cannot be modified which will be read at buffer locations 400000h-400007h.These bits are ignored during Compare and Verify.The 128 bits User Programmable OTP cells can be modified and they arelocated at buffer locations 400008h-400017h.Users can program OTP Data Protection Bit using Device/Configure.If the OTP Data Protection Bit is set further PROGRAM/ERASE the User Programmable OTP cells(addresses 400008h-400017h) will fail.OTP Data Protection Bit is one time programmable only.Please refer to the manufacturer specifications for more information.
