Note
IMPORTANT: 32Mbit Secure Flash with 192-bit Protection Register. The Protection Register is divided into a 64 bit segment (Data Pattern [400000h-400007h]) and a 128 bit segment (Data Pattern [400008h-400017h]). The 64 bit segment is pre-programmed with a unique device number and cannot be modified. The 128 bit segment is One Time Programmable(OTP) and can be locked by setting the Protection Register Lock Bit under Device > Configure. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if entire device range is required. ‘
