IMPORTANT: 64Mbit (4M x 16) Flash Memory. This device contains an OTP sector with 128 bits located at [800008h-800017h] in the buffer. After read locations [800000h-800007h] in the buffer contain Unique device number that is programmed by factoryand cannot be changed.The OTP Data Protection Bit and Security Protection Bit can be set under Device/Configure.Programming these Protection bits is a one-time only operation. If the Security Block Protection Bit is secured the Parameter Block #0 located at [7FE000h-7FFFFFh] in the bufferis no longer erasable or programmable. If the OTP Data Protection Bit is secured programming of the OTP sector and the SecurityBlock Protection bit will fail. Please refer to STMicroelectronics datasheets for more information.
