IMPORTANT: This device contains 192 bit Protection Register. It is divided into 64 bit segment and 128 bit segment.The 64 bit segment located at [800000h-800007h] in the Buffer which contain Unique device numberthat is programmed by factory and cannot be changed.The 128 bit segment located at [800008h-800017h] in the Buffer. It is user programmable OTP sector.This sector can be protected by setting the Protection Register Lock Bit.If it is set programming or erasing the 128 bit user-programmable OTP sector will fail.Setting this bit is a one-time only operation.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if entire device range is required. ‘
