IMPORTANT: This device contains 192 bit Protection Register. It is divided into 64 bit segment and 128 bit segment. The 64 bit segment located at [800000h-800007h] in the buffer which contain Unique device number that is programmed by factory and cannot be changed. The 128 bit segment located at [800008h-800017h] in the buffer. It is user programmable OTP sector. This sector can be protected by setting the OTP Data Protection Bit. If it is set Program or Erase of the 128 bit OTP sector will fail. Setting this bit is a one-time only operation.
