IMPORTANT: 64 Mbit Flash Memory with an Extended Memory Block.The Extended Memory Block is mapped from 400000h to 40007Fh (Buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This sector canbe purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If the sector is factory locked it will need to beexcluded from programming and verification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. Theconfiguration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option isdifferent from the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the ExtendedBlock has not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as an additional OTP sector withOTP sector protection. When Erasing the Extended Block Memory the programmer will blank-check the sectorand will fail ERASE if the area is not blank. ERASE will also fail if the OTP area has been PROTECTED.If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP sector will not be programmed or verified. ‘
