IMPORTANT: 64 Mbit Flash Memory with an Extended Memory Block.The Extended Memory Block is mapped from 400000h to 40007Fh(Buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh).The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if ExtendedMemory Block needs to be included. This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory.If the sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number.The configuration option for the factory lock is READ ONLY and used to indicatethe status of the device. If this option is different from the state of thedevice during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the ExtendedBlock has not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as anadditional OTP sector with OTP sector protection. When Erasing the ExtendedBlock Memory the programmer will blank-check the sector and will failERASE if it is protected factory locked or not blank. ‘
