IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an Extended Memory Block (OTP). This block is mapped from 400000h to 400007Fh (Data Pattern locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This block can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is the case this block needs to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the part has not been locked by the factory the user can treat this block as an additional memory block with OTP protection. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if Extended Memory Block needs to be included. ‘
