IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register which is mapped to bufferlocations 1000000h-100000Fh. The first 64 bits (buffer locations 1000000h-1000007h)are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. The other 64bits (buffer locations 1000008h-100000Fh) are OTP. The User Programmable Protection Register contains the 64 bitsthat can be programmed. Locking the User Programmable portion of the ProtectionRegister is a one time only operation.If Autorange detection is enabled the 64bit OTP user register will not be programmed or verified.
