IMPORTANT: 16-Mbit Flash Memory with 192-bit Protection Register. All 192 bits are located in Buffer locations200000h-200017h. The first 64 bits or the Unique Device Number are pre-programmed by themanufacturer and cannot be modified. Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ operations will ignore thesebits. The other 128 bits are the User Programmable OTP Area in Buffer locations 200008h-200017h.The protection options are found under the Device Configure. Setting ‘Lockout Security Block’to ENABLE will permanently lock Parameter Block #0 Buffer locations 1FE000h-1FFFFFh. Setting’Lockout User Programmable OTP Area’ to ENABLE will permanently lock the OTP Area and protect theSecurity Block protection bit from any further change. ‘
