IMPORTANT: Multiple Memory Product with 2Mx16 Flash Memory and 1Mx16 PSRAM.The Flash Memory has a 192 bit Protection Register mapped to [200000h-20000Bh] (buffer locations: [400000h-400017h]).The first 64 bits of the Protection Register are locked at the factory and cannot be changed.The remaining 128 bits [400008h-400017h] of the Protection Register can be programmed and permanently locked by the user.After the Protection Register has been locked its contents cannot be modified.The device will fail Erase if the Protection Register is not blank or if it has been locked.
