IMPORTANT: Flash Memory(32Mbit) and PSRAM Multiple Memory Product. Device has a 64-bit unique device identifier which is pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. All the 64 bits will be read at Data Pattern locations 400000h-400007h. These bits are ignored during compare and verify. The 128 bits User Programmable OTP cells can be modified and they are located at Data Pattern locations 400008h-400017h. If the OTP Data Protection Bit is set further Program of the User Programmable OTP cells (Data Pattern locations 400008h-400017h) will fail. If OTP cells are not blank they have to be excluded from Erase/Program operations. The Default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if Protection Registers need to be included. ‘
