IMPORTANT: 64Mbit Flash Memory and PSRAM MCP. Device has a 64-bit unique device identifier which is pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. All the 64 bits will be read at Data Pattern locations 800000h-800007h. These bits are ignored during Compare and Verify. The 128 bits User One Time Programmable (OTP) cells can be modified and they are located at Data Pattern locations 800008h-800017h. If the OTP Data Protection Bit is set further Program of the User OTP cells (Data Pattern locations 800008h-800017h) will fail. If OTP cells are not blank they have to be excluded from Erase/Program operations. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if Protection Registers need to be included. ‘
