IMPORTANT: 4 Mbit (5x64KByte Blocks + 3x16x4KByte Sectors) Flash Memory.Two 16x4KByte blocks are at the top and one 16x4Kbyte block is at the bottom of the memory map.These blocks are erased using Sector erase. The remaining 5 blocks of 64KBytes each are erased using Block erase.Each individual sector or block can be selected using Device Range.
