IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with 128 bit Protection Register. All 128 bits are located in the buffer ataddress locations 800000h-80000Fh. The first 64 bits are pre-programmed by the manufacturerand cannot be modified. Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ operations will ignore thesebits. The other 64 bits are user programmable. When Erasing the User Register of the Protection Register the programmer will blank-check the areaand will fail the ‘Erase’ operation if the area is not blank. If ‘Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP bits in this range will not be programmed or verified. ‘
