Note
IMPORTANT: 32Mbit (2Mb x16 Uniform Block) Flash Memory. Each 32KWord memory block can be protected using the menu in Device Configure. This device has a 128bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits [200000h-200003h] arefactory programmed Unique IDs. These bits can be read to the Buffer at addresses [400000h-400007h]for viewing purpose only. They are ignored during Erase Program Verify and Compare operations. The last 64 bits are one-time-only user programmable and located at addresses [200004h-200007h]([400008h-40000Fh] in the Buffer). If the area is already programmed it needs to be excluded whenperform Erase and Program operations or these operations will fail. This area can also be protected from further programming use Device Configure. Locking the User Programmable area in Protection Register is a one-time-only operation.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
