IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register which is mapped to bufferlocations 400000h-40000Fh. The first 64 bits (buffer locations 400000h-400007h)are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. The other 64bits (buffer locations 400008h-40000Fh) are OTP. The User Register contains the 64 bitsthat can be programmed. Locking the User Register portion of the ProtectionRegister is a one time only operation.There is a special socket module for this device. These socket modules contain bypass-capacitors on Vcc.If Autorange detection is enabled the 64bit OTP user register will not be programmed or verified.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if entire device range is required. ‘
