IMPORTANT: Device has 64-bit unique device identifier which is pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. All the 64 bits will be read to Data Pattern at [400000h-400007h]. These bits are ignored during compare and verify. The 128 bits User Programmable OTP cells can be modified and they are located at Data Pattern [400008h-400017h]. Setting the Lockout User Register’ option under Device > Configure to ENABLE will Lock the User Programmable portion of the Protection Register. When Erasing the User Register of the Protection Register the programmer will blank-check the area and will fail the ‘Erase’ operation if the area is not blank. Performing ‘Erase’ on the User Register will also fail if its Protection Register Lock Bits have been ENABLED. Attempting to program a previously protected Protection Register will also fail verify. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-1FFFFFh]. Please select ‘Entire File’ under Device > Range if Protection Register needs to be included. ‘
