IMPORTANT: Device has 64-bit unique device identifier which is pre-programmed by the manufacturerand cannot be modified. All the 64 bits will be read at buffer locations 800000h-800007h.These bits are ignored during compare and verify. The 128 bits User Programmable OTP cellscan be modified and they are located at buffer locations 800008h-800017h.Setting the Lockout Parameter Block 0’option under Device Configure to ENABLE will Permanently Protect the Security Block(buffer address: 7FE000h-7FFFFFh). Setting the ‘Lockout User Register’ option to ENABLE willLock the User Programmable portion of the Protection Register. Enabling the ‘Lockout User Register’option will also permanently lock the ‘Lockout Parameter Block 0’ option. WhenErasing the User Register of the Protection Register the programmer will blank-check the areaand will fail the ‘Erase’ operation if the area is not blank. Performing ‘Erase’ on the User Register orParameter Block 0 will also fail if their respective Protection Register Lock Bits have been ENABLED.Attempting to program a previously protected Protection Register and/or Security Block will fail. ‘
