Note
IMPORTANT: This device consists of a 1MByte Code Flash and 64Kbyte Data Flash. The Code Flash array is mapped from 0-7FFFFh (0-FFFFFh in the Data Pattern). The Code Flash Shadow Sector is mapped from 100000h-101FFFh (200000h-203FFFh in the Data Pattern). The Data Flash array is mapped from 400000-407FFFh (800000-80FFFFh in the Data Pattern). All Test Address Spaces are OTP area. This algorithm does not suport Data flash Test space: User OTP area. This algoirthm does not suppport Program/Verify Code Flash Test Address Space 200000h-201FFFh(400000h-403FFFh). This algorithm does not suport Data flash Test space: User OTP area. The follow addresses reserved in shadow sector [(0x20_3DD0 – 0x20_3DD7) (0x20_3DE8 – 0x20_3DFF) (0x20_3E10 – 0x20_3E17)]. These reserved area in Shadow sector are not programm back with factory programmed value. The Code Flash Shadow array contains configuration information for the device. Locations 203DE0-203DE7h in the Data Pattern correspond to the censorship word for the device. These locations are factory programmed with 55AAh that unsecure the flash. Programming a different value will secure the device and cannot be unsecured disabling further Programmer access to the device. All reserved area in Test Address Space are skipped for all operations. The Program operation will first Erase and then Program the selected array. This algorithm supports only Big Endian byte order. After a successful Program + Verify operation subsequent stand alone operations may fail if the Data Pattern code executes to modify the Code or Data Flash. The default Device Range is set to Code Flash Sector [00000h-7FFFFh] which is mapped to Data Pattern byte address [00000h-FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Shadow Sector Test Address Space and Data Flash Sectors needs to be included. Operations on Shadow Sector will only be executed if it is included under Device > Configure and selected under Device > Range. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
