IMPORTANT: This device consists of a 2048KByte Main Flash and 16Kbyte Flash memory shadow. The Main Flash array is mapped from 0-FFFFFh (0-1FFFFFh in the Data Pattern). The Flash Memory Shadow block is mapped from [780000h-781FFFh] (F00000h-F03FFFh in the Data Pattern). The Flash Shadow array contains configuration information for the device. Locations [F03DE0h-203DE3h] in the Data Pattern correspond to the censorship word for the device. These locations are factory programmed with 55AAh that unsecure the flash. Locations [F03DD8h-F03DDFh] in the Data Pattern correspond to the censorship passcode for the device. These locations are factory programmed with FEEDhFACEhCAFEhBEEFh that unsecure the flash. Programming a different value will secure the device and cannot be unsecured disabling further Programmer access to the device. This algorithm supports only Big Endian byte order. The default Device Range is set to Code Flash Sector [00000h-FFFFFh] which is mapped to Data Pattern byte address [00000h-1FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Shadow Sector needs to be included. Operations on Shadow Sector will only be executed if it is included under Device > Configure and selected under Device > Range. ‘
