IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 256KByte Flash Memory is mapped to Data Pattern: 8000000h-803FFFFh 512-Byte OTP region is mapped to Data Pattern:1FFF7800h-1FFF79FFh 16 OTP lock bytes are mapped to Data Pattern: 1FFF7A0h-1FFF7A0Fh. Note: These lock bytes must only contain 0x00 or 0xFF. Default device range is set to 8000000h-803FFFFh. 16 Option Bytes are mapped to Data Pattern:1FFFC000h-1FFFC00Fh Note: If option bytes are not set properly Standalone Verify/Compare will fail. Selecting the Erase operation will erase Flash memroy area except option bytes. Erase will also set the device back to read protection level 0 if the device was not programmed to read protection level 2. If RDP protection is set to level 1(None AAh Non CCh) the main Flash memory is totally inaccessible. If RDP protection is set to level 2(CCh) device debug interface is disabled. Any operation on device fails. Stand alone operation might fail if device was programmed with executable code. ‘


