IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 256KByte Flash Memory (Device address 4000000h-401FFFFh) is mapped to Data Pattern: 8000000h-803FFFFh. 16 Option Bytes (Device address FFFE000h-FFFE007h FFF6000h-FFF6007h) are mapped to Data Pattern: (1FFFC000h-1FFFC00Fh). Please set Option Bytes under Device > Configure. If RDP protection is set to level 1(None AAh Non CCh) all flash memory cannot be read. If RDP protection is set to level 2(CCh) device debug interface is disabled. Any operation on device fails. Stand alone operation might fail if device was programmed with executable code.
