Special Device Considerations:
1. | Selecting Erase operation will do a global erase including the IAP area andoption bytes. |
2. | If the RDP protection is set to level 1 (non-AAh non-CCh) the Program FlashData EEPROM and the backup registers are totally inaccessible. The optionbytes also will not be verified after a Program operation. The device must beerased to perform subsequent operations. |
3. | If the RDP protection is set to level 2 (CCh) the option bytes will not beverified after a Program operation and any subsequent operations on thedevice will fail. |
4. | If the boot mode is modified to boot from anything other than systemmemory the option bytes will not be verified after a Program operationand any subsequent operations on the device will fail. Please see thedevice reference manual for more information. |
5. | If the device is programmed with executable code any subsequentoperations may fail. |
