Note
IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 64KByte Flash Memory is mapped to Data Pattern: 8000000h-800FFFFh 2KByte Data Memory in EEPROM is mapped to Data Pattern: 8080000h-80807FFh Default device range is set to 8000000h-80807FFh. Selecting Erase operation will do global erase including the IAP area and option bytes. 12 Option Bytes are mapped to Data Pattern: 1FF80000h-1FF8000Bh These option bytes are not verified after program with this algorithm if Boot1 bit is set to zero or if device is set to read protection level 1 or level 2.
Data Pattern Address | Bits |
1FF80000h | FLASH_OPTR[15:0] |
1FF80002h | nFLASH_OPTR[15:0] |
1FF80004h | FLASH_OPTR[32:16] |
1FF80006h | FLASH_OPTR[32:16] |
1FF80008h | FLASH_WRPROT[15:0] |
1FF8000Ah | nFLASH_WRPROT[15:0] |
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
