IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 128KByte Flash Memory (Device address 4000000h-400FFFFh) is mapped to Data Pattern byte address: 8000000h-801FFFFh 4KByte Data Memory in EEPROM (Device address 4040000h-40407FFh) is mapped to Data Pattern byte address: 8080000h-8080FFFh 16 Option Bytes (Device address FFC0000h-FFC0007h) are mapped to Data Pattern byte address: 1FF80000h-1FF8000Fh. Please set Option Bytes under Device > Configure. If RDP protection is set to level 1(None AAh Non CCh) all flash memory cannot be read. If RDP protection is set to level 2(CCh) device debug interface is disabled. Any operation on device fails.
