IMPORTANT: STM8S 8-bit MCU with 32KByte Flash including up to 1KByte EEPROM. EEPROM is mapped to Data Pattern addresses 1000h-13FFh. Option bytes are mapped to Data Pattern addresses 4800h-48FFh. Flash is mapped to Data Pattern addresses 8000h-FFFFh. ROP byte are ignored during program and verify operation. Select SECURE operation to enable read protection. For a read protected device Erase operation clears Read-Out protection and erases all memory. Option bytes contain configurations for device hardware features and memory protection for the device. Programming invalid data to Option bytes area can cause programming failure.
