The Flash Memory is located at physical address40000000h-400C3FFFh and is mapped to buffer addresses [000000h-0C3FFFh].Addresses 40040000h-400BFFFFh (buffer [040000h-0BFFFFh]) are reserved and will not be programmed or verified.To enable Write Protection set the bits of the FLASH_NVWPAR register under Device Configure.These bits are OTP but the device is temporarily unprotected during Program and Eraseso it can still be modified by the programmer.Once Secured (Debug protection) the device can no longer be accessed by the programmer.This device is 32bit wide little endian.
