If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Register 0 to 7 (8 bytes) are mapped into addresses 00h to 07h and EEPROM (512 bytes) mapped to 08h to 208h. The high order four bits in buffer address 05h (Register 5) are Read Only. Configuration Register Read/Writelock out can be access via Device/Options/Secure.If configuration registers read & write lockout is enabled Device Type Identifier/Address (DTI) in Device/Configure must be set to 0Bh to read the EEPROM section. Please refer to SMS44 data sheet for more information.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
