Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 64K bytes flash memory.Flash Memory is mapped to the range [00000h-0FFFFh] in the buffer and Information Page is mapped to the range [10000h-107FFh]. The Information Pageis read-only and cannot be programmed. The PAGELOCK bits are mapped to [0FFF0h-0FFF3] with each bitrepresenting 1 page. Each page contains 2K bytes of data. These bits can be modified in Device configure and will be mapped directly to the buffer. The DBGLOCK bit is mapped to the last bit of the location [0FFFFh]. To disable the Debug Command you must select the appropriate options AND ENABLE Secure. The final page mapped to [0F800h-0FFFFh] will not be verified. Once Secured only valid commands specified by the datasheet may be performed. Erase may be used to clear DBGLOCK and PAGELOCK bits.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
