If the device is programmed withcode that disables the JTAG port the device may not be accessible.Only one of the following ranges is valid for device operations:- 00000000h-0001FFFFh for flash only.- 400FE1E0h-400FE1EFh for USER_REGn only.- 00000000h-400FE1EFh for flash and USER_REGn.Other Nonvolatile Registers are supported under Device > Configure and programmed by Secure operation.Secure must be selected to program the Nonvolatile Registers.Once USER_DBG[1:0] is programmed to anything other than binary ’10’ thedevice is no longer accessible and Nonvolatile Registers will not be verified.All Nonvolatile Registers are one time programmable.The MSBs of USER_REGn and USER_DBG registers are not programmable by the user.It must be set to ‘1’ for virgin devices.
