Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM. Memory organization: Information Memory: 0800h-087Fh (Device Address 16-bit) 1000h-10FFh (Buffer Address 8-bit) Main Memory: 880h-7FFFh (Device Address 16-bit) 1100h-FFFFh (Buffer Address 8-bit) Buffer locations 0000h-0FFFh(device location 0000h-07FFh) are reserved and must contain data FFh. Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 0800h-087Fh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 1000h-10FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 880h-7FFFh (device address). Main Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 1100h-FFFFh. To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-7FFFh (device address). Device address 7FF0h-7FFFh(Data Pattern location FFE0h-FFFFh) are Interrupt Vectors. Programming invalid data to these locations may prevent further access to the device.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
