Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM. Memory organization: Information Memory: 0800h-087Fh (Device Address 16-bit) 1000h-10FFh (Data Pattern Address 8-bit) Main Memory: 4000h-7FFFh (Device Address 16-bit) C000h-FFFFh (Data Pattern Address 8-bit) Data Pattern locations 0000h-0FFFh(device location 0000h-07FFh) and 1100h-BFFFh(device location 0880h-5FFF) are reserved and must contain data FFh. Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set Device > Range between 0800h-087Fh (Device Address). Information Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations 1000h-10FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device > Range between 6000h-7FFFh (Device Address). Main Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations C000h-FFFFh To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-7FFFh (Device Address). To overwrite Calibration values at Data Pattern location 10F8h-10FFh select in Device > Configure. Otherwise by default factory calibration values are preserved. For Compare Data Pattern location 10F8h-10FFh are ignored. Use Read to read those locations.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
