IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash Memory.Buffer locations 0000-0FFFh and 1100-BFFFh are reserved and must contain FF data.The Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately.To access only the Information Memory set the Device/Options range as 0-87Fh.Information Memory data is actually stored in buffer locations 1000-10FFh.To access only the Main Memory set the range as 0880-7FFFh.Main Memory data is actually stored in buffer locations C000-FFFFh.To access the entire flash memory set the range as 0-7FFFh.Please Note once device has been secured further Progam/Read/Verifyoperations are disabled.
