IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash Memory.The following describes the buffer setup:Buffer locations 0000-0FFFh (device locations 0000-07FFh) and 1100-BFFFh (device locations 0880-5FFFh) are reserved and must contain FFh data.The Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately.To access the Information Memory set the Device/Options range as 0-87Fh (device address).Information Memory data is actually stored in buffer locations 1000-10FFh (device address 800-87Fh).To access the Main Memory set the Device/Options range as 880-7FFFh (device address).Main Memory data is actually stored in buffer locations C000-FFFFh (device address 6000-7FFFh).To access the whole chip set the range as 0-7FFFh (device address).
