IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM. Memory organization: Information Memory: 0800h-087Fh (Device Address 16-bit) 1000h-10FFh (Buffer Address 8-bit) Main Memory: 0880h-7FFFh (Device Address 16-bit) 1100h-FFFFh (Buffer Address 8-bit) Buffer locations 0000h-0FFFh(device location 0000h-07FFh) and must contain data FFh. Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 0800h-087Fh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 1000h-10FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 0880h-7FFFh (device address). Main Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 1100h-FFFFh. To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-7FFFh (device address).
