Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM. Memory organization: Information Memory: 0C00h-0CFFh (Device Address 16-bit) 1800h-19FFh (Data Pattern Address 8-bit) Main Memory:6000h-25FFFh (Device Address 16-bit) 0C000h-4BFFFh (Data Pattern Address 8-bit) Data Pattern locations 0000h-17FFh(device location 0000h-BFFh) and 1A00h-BFFFh(device location D00h-5FFF) are reserved and must contain data FFh. Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device > Range between C00h-CFFh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations 1800h-19FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device > Range between 6000h-25FFFh (device address). Main Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations 0C000h-4BFFFh. To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-25FFFh (device address). Device address 7FC0h-7FFFh(Data Pattern location FF80h-FFFFh) are Interrupt Vectors. Programming invalid data to these locations may prevent further access to the device.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
