IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash Memory.The following describes the buffer setup:Buffer locations 0000h-0FFFh (Device locations 0000h-07FFh) andare reserved and must contain FFh data.The Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately.To access the Information Memory set the range as 000h-87Fh (Device address).Information Memory data is actually stored in Buffer locations 1000h-10FFh (Device address 800h-87Fh).To access the Main Memory set the range as 880h-7FFFh (Device address).Main Memory data is actually stored in Buffer locations 1100h-FFFFh (Device address 880h-7FFFh).To access the whole chip set the range as 0000h-7FFFh (Device address).Please note once device has been secured further Erase/Progam/Read/Verifyoperations are disabled.
