Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM. Memory organization:
Memory Region | 16-bit Device Address | 8-bit Data Pattern Address |
Information Memory | 00800h – 0087Fh | 01000h – 010FFh |
Main Code Memory | 07800h – 07FFFh | 0F000h – 0FFFFh |
Main Interrupt Vector | 07FE0h – 07FFFh | 0FFC0h – 0FFFFh |
Memory organization: Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 0800h-087Fh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations 1000h-10FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 7800h-7FFFh (device address). Main Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations F000h-FFFFh To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-FFFFh (device address). To overwrite calibration values and other information located in Information Memory Segment A at location 10C0h-10FFh select in Device Configure. Otherwise by default factory calibration values and other information in Segment A are preserved. For Compare Data Pattern location 10C0h-10FFh are ignored. Use Read to read those locations.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
