Buffer locations 0000h-0FFFh(device location 0000h-07FFh) and 1400h-7FFFh(device location 0A00h-3FFF) are reserved and must contain data FFh. Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 0800h-09FFh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 1000h-13FFh.To access the Main Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 4000h-7FFFh (device address).Main Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 8000h-FFFFh.To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-7FFFh (device address).To overwrite Calibration values at buffer location 13C0h-13DDh select in Device Configure.Otherwise by default factory calibration values are preserved.For Compare buffer location 13C0h-13DDh are ignored. Use Read to read those locations.Device address 7FF0h-7FFFh(Data Pattern location FFE0h-FFFFh) are Interrupt Vectors. Programming invalid data to these locations may prevent further access to the device.
