IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 64KB Main Flash Memory and 64Bytes of available information memory. Only page 3 [0xC0-0xFF])of Information Page is available for the user. Address [0-0xFFFF] is Main flash. Address [0x1000-1003F] is Flash Information Page 3. User Option Byte 0(OPT0) and User Option Byte 1(OPT1) are supported under Device Configure. Flash Main Memory Protect bit (FLRWP-Bit 0)and Flash Main Memory Lower Half Protect bit(FLPROT1- Bit 2) can be set using the Secure command. Algorithm defaults to support for Main flash only[0-0xFFFF]. Flash Information Page can be selected by selecting full device range under Device Range.
